To secure your wedding date, send through your enquiry.

I then send you throug a Questionnaire to complete and return, once I have your returned Questionnaire, I then send through your Invoice and Disclaimer.

We Require your returned signed disclaimer and a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm and secure your booking and date.

Wedding Contect Creation is an additional service we provide in addition to our Photography and Film Services. This service is captured on an iPhone 15 Pro by one of our Content Creator Team members. Based on your package inclusions when adding Content Creation to your booking your recieve all your behind-the-scenes moments of your day, shot in portrait mode for you to create all your own social content, reels, tiktoks etc 24-48 hrs after your Wedding Day.

Yes, to secure your session or wedding date I require a deposit and a signed contract.

No bookings or dates are held without your returned signed contract and deposit.

Yes, I do! Life can be so unpredictable but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on having your treasured moments captured.

I offer payment plans on all my packages along with custom plans.

I do however still require the deposit to secure your session.

Generally, up to 12 weeks though can take longer in peak season.

I try my best to accomodate and reschedule bookings where and if possible, based on my availability. Rescheduling will be based on your contract and bookings terms and conditions. Canceling your booking will result in loss of non-refundable deposit or a percentage based on contract and agreement by Moonstone Photography and Film.

We get the umbrellas out and go ahead with our planned session! Depending on the type of session you are booked in for of course, but a little bit of rain never hurt anyone and in my opinion a bit of rain/mist creates half the magic.

For any booking for Photography or Videography, it is of the Photographers/Videographers and Moonstone Photography and Film’s discretion to decide if weather or location permits for any service proceed.

I only supply a full edited gallery. This is because RAW images are not a final representation of my work.

No worries at all, I’ve got you. I will be your guide throughout your whole session or day. I’m all about being in the moment but a little guidance goes a long way! If we haven’t met yet I like to start my sessions off with a little ice breaker and having a good giggle. As our session progresses, I will get to know you a little better and bring you out of your comfort zone all while making you feel comfortable to capture those moments you are dreaming of.

Don’t stress the small stuff, leave that to me.

I do! I Photograph absolutely every Wedding myself. I have never missed a Wedding to date. If by chance I were unable to be present on your day, I would assign one of my trusted Photographer friends/team members to step in for me per terms of your contract.

All of our Packages include 1 x Photographer for Photography only and 1x Photographer + 1x Videographer for Photography and Film.

For Content Creation this is also an additional team member.

If you wish to have a second shooter on your day this is an additional fee to our packages and your booking.
